Use of LunaSynq
LunaSynq provides software for hospitality operations, including property management, reservations, point of sale, inventory, accounting, reporting, device integrations, and backup tools. Customers are responsible for configuring the system, managing authorized users, and ensuring that their use complies with applicable laws and business requirements.
Accounts and Access
Customers must keep administrator accounts, staff accounts, passwords, and API credentials secure. Actions performed through authorized accounts may be treated as actions of the customer.
Customer Data
Customers retain ownership of their operational data. LunaSynq processes customer data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and retention requirements of data entered into the system.
Backups and Integrations
LunaSynq may offer backup, printer, payment, Google Drive, and other integrations. Customers are responsible for enabling integrations only for accounts and services they control. Backup features are provided to improve recoverability, but customers should periodically verify backup success and maintain their own business continuity procedures.
Acceptable Use
Users may not attempt to bypass security controls, access data without authorization, abuse system resources, upload malicious content, interfere with other users, or use LunaSynq for unlawful activity.
Availability and Changes
We work to keep LunaSynq reliable, but service availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party providers, internet connectivity, customer configuration, or events outside our control. We may update features, policies, and terms as the product evolves.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LunaSynq is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
