Who We Are

LunaSynq provides hospitality management software for hotels, restaurants, bars, retail outlets, and related property operations. This policy explains how LunaSynq handles personal data when users access our websites, hosted applications, and connected services.

Information We Process

Depending on how a customer configures LunaSynq, the system may process account information, staff user details, guest profiles, reservations, room and folio records, POS transactions, payment references, inventory records, audit logs, support messages, device and printer settings, and backup metadata.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and secure the LunaSynq service, operate hotel and restaurant workflows, maintain audit records, troubleshoot support issues, improve reliability, process backups, and comply with legal or contractual obligations.

Google Drive Backups

If a customer connects Google Drive, LunaSynq requests the Google Drive file permission https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. LunaSynq uses this access only to create, upload, list, download, and manage backup files and folders created by LunaSynq in the connected Google Drive account.

LunaSynq does not use Google Drive data for advertising, does not sell Google user data, and does not transfer Google user data except as necessary to provide or improve the backup feature, comply with law, prevent abuse, or as otherwise directed by the customer.

LunaSynq's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing and Service Providers

We may use trusted infrastructure, database, hosting, monitoring, email, storage, and support providers to operate LunaSynq. These providers are used only to deliver and secure the service. Customer operational data is not sold.

Data Retention and Deletion

Customer data is retained according to the customer's configuration, contract, legal requirements, and backup retention settings. Customers may request export, correction, disconnection of Google Drive, or deletion of eligible data by contacting us.

Security

LunaSynq uses role-based access controls, authentication, audit logs, encrypted transport, and operational safeguards to protect customer data. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to protect the service from unauthorized access and misuse.
